When Thai Union Group, our parent company, started processing fish more than four decades ago, they realized that the same nutritious fish could be used for both human and pet food.
As the customer base grew, so did Thai Union’s pet care division. That expansion led to a more diversified product range, which developed from the original fish product line, to additions of emulsified meat chunk and loaf products.
However, with an eye towards being recognized as a world-class pet food manufacturer, pet food had to become our sole focus, which is why we left Thai Union’s shadow and established a business unit dedicated to the manufacturing of pet food. With our meticulously formulated products, we focused on ways to enhance pet health and happiness.
Now, after more than 40 years, we have evolved into i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited. Our name might have changed; however, what hasn’t changed is our dedication to formulate the highest-quality pet food with passion, compassion and care.

While i-Tail as a brand started in 2021, the i-Tail business has a deep-rooted heritage in the global food industry.
