i-Tail receives the "Green Industry Level 4" award for 2024, committing to environmental care and sustainable community development

Recently, Mr. Prapon Prayooniramai, General Manager of i-Tail Songkhla Factory, represented i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited, to receive the "Green Industry Level 4" (GI4) award for 2024. This award was presented by the Department of Industrial Works to promote the development of Thailand's industrial sector towards a green economy and was held at the Makkhawan Rangsan Room, Royal Thai Army Club (Viphavadi) in Bangkok.

Green Industry Level 4 (Green Culture) recognizes businesses committed to environmentally and socially friendly practices, fostering a continuous collaborative effort among employees that becomes integral to the organizational culture. Receiving this award reflects the company's dedication to producing high-quality pet food while prioritizing environmental care and enhancing the quality of life in society, all within the framework of the SeaChange® 2030 sustainability strategy. This commitment is demonstrated through various initiatives, including the Zero Wastewater Discharge project, efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions with a focus on renewable energy sources such as solar rooftop electricity and biomass boilers, and waste segregation projects aimed at minimizing landfill waste by adding value to by-products generated within the factory. Moreover, the company actively engages in CSR initiatives with the surrounding community, establishing annual plans to strengthen harmonious and sustainable coexistence with local residents.
